The Year Christmas was Banned

Not really, I absolutely love Christmas. I am of course referring to my Dancing Days by Banned outfit that I received from my Dad and wonderful Step Mum this Christmas. Today on the blog I am going to be taking you through the outfit details and sizing and also my experience buying it.

Dancing Days by Banned 50s Apple Of My Eye Tartan Skirt in Blue and Red

The Husband and I took a trip to my hometown of Northampton a few weeks ago in order to spend some time with my family before Christmas. My Step Mum needed to do some last minute Christmas shopping and hadn't bought me a gift yet, so she suggested we went to town to go shopping. I cannot remember the last time I bought clothes from an actual shop (I exclusively buy all my clothes online nowadays) never mind from Northampton town centre, so I was really looking forward to a girly shopping trip!

So we did some gift shopping and then headed to Bohemian Finds, a lovely little boutique that stocks 40s and 50 reproduction brands, including Collectif, Hell Bunny, Voodoo Vixen, Banned and many more. I knew about the shop before I moved away from Northampton in 2010, but I haven't visited since. I had been hearing so many good things about it from my friend Vintage Doll Laura, who does promotions for the store, so I was looking forward to my trip. I also managed to bump into Laura at the shop, which was an added bonus!

I tried on the Lola Dress by Voodoo Vixen first. I had seen it on Miss Victory Violet and some other lovely pinup girls and fell in love with it, so I had to try it on. Sadly, it was far too long for me and I looked like a 5 year old who had raided her Mother's wardrobe - not the look! So back on the shelf it went! Then the Apple of My Eye Tartan Skirt by Banned caught my eye. The skirt has a lovely tartan print, 2 cute little front pockets and a size zip and button; it was totally up my street. I picked it up in a Size XS, which is a 25.2-26.8in waist. Size wise, this skirt is pretty spot on. I have a 26.5 in waist and it fits like a glove. The Dancing Days by Banned 50s Apple of My Eye Tartan Skirt retails at £32 and is available from Bohemian Finds.

Once the skirt was in the bag, the rest of the outfit just fell into place. My Step Mum Deb was super helpful in putting the finishing touches to it and found the Banned Wow to the Bow belt in Navy; it just finished off the skirt beautifully. I picked it up in a size Small which is a 26.1-31.5 in waist. It is not too tight, which is nice as the skirt is pretty snug! The Dancing Days by Banned Wow to the Bow belt in Navy retails at £11.05 and is available from Bohemian Finds or Top Vintage Boutique.

So, next was the top. I picked up the Jenny Plain Wrap Cardigan by Collectif but I wasn't sure about the v-neck. It was too low to wear alone and I wasn't crazy about the idea of adding a top underneath, so I put it back. I then picked up a red cardi but it was very cherry red and didn't match the skirt at all. So back to the Jenny cardigan I went! I later picked up a plain navy cami from Primark for a couple of beans which solved the neckline issue. I picked up the Jenny cardigan in an XS (UK Size 8) which is a 34-36in bust. I am a 35in bust, so it fit perfectly. The Jenny Plain Wrap Cardigan retails at £30.50 and is available from Bohemian Finds.

COLLECTIF VINTAGE JENNY PLAIN WRAP CARDIGAN

By this point, Deb and I were in full swing and loving every minute of our shopping experience! There was just one final addition needed to make the outfit complete- shoes! I have needed some black dress shoes for some time, so as soon as I saw the 20s Sparkles On My T-Strap Pumps by Banned, I knew I had to have them. They have a cute little glittery heel and are perfect for tottering around in on a night out. Plus, as I got them in black, they will go with pretty much anything!

These shoes retail at £42.77 and are available from Bohemian Finds or Top Vintage Boutique.

Freddies of Pinewood 1950s Jeans - A Guide for Slim Hipped Gals

I have never been curvy. I got fat once in 2005 when I went to Uni for the first time and not only learnt about trilobites and other prehistoric creatures, but also about the benefits of portion control. The weight I gained didn't make me curvy, it just made me a larger size overall. After losing about 21 pounds, I quickly returned to my natural, 12 year old boy figure.

Freddies of Pinewood Ton Up Jeans and Beatnik Top

I take after my Mother in the body shape department. I have always (except for my Jurassic Portion phase) been slim. I am extremely lucky in that on the whole, I eat what I like, do very little exercise and don't put on a pound. My body is built this way. If I were to pick an era in time in which my body shape would be best suited, it would be the 1920's. Slim and boyish, I would be right at home. But my preferred style of dress as you know, is the 50's and the 50's were all about the bass. Being curvy in the 50's was actively encouraged. So as much as some may look upon my body shape with envy and wonder what the hell I am complaining about, being into pinup fashion and the 1950's with a body shape like mine, isn't always easy. Just as it isn't easy for someone who is 'plus size', being petite also poses its challenges.

1950s Weight Gain Advert
Being skinny in the 50s was not the look.
I have no hips - period. I have a small waist at 26.5 inches, but my hips are only 34 inches. According to a very questionable 'body shape calculator' on the internet, my figure is very similar to that of a banana - excellent! Who wouldn't want that?! So I have a really hard time fitting into clothes that are made for a curvy, 50's shape, something in which I can imagine I am not alone?

So with this in mind, today on the blog I want to talk you through my experience buying my first pair of 1950's jeans! I don't remember when I first came across Freddies of Pinewood but for those of you who don't know who they are, they are a UK based brand who produce amazing reproduction 50's style jeans, tops, jackets and also menswear. They have a huge range of jeans in a number of different styles. I bought my first pair from them last August for my Birthday and to be honest, I got it all wrong!

Freddies of Pinewood Ton Up Jeans and Beatnik Top

I went on the Freddies website, picked out a pair of jeans I liked and placed an order based on my waist measurement alone. DO NOT TRY THIS AT HOME!! There is a huge amount of information on the site, telling you how to measure yourself for their jeans and what to do and not to do - like the kind of rebel I am, I ignored it all. The consequence, my Jeanies (which are described as being 'slim-cut') made me look like I was wearing clown trousers. This is not the look. "What did I do wrong?" I thought - everything, you complete Muppet.

Freddies of Pinewood Ton Up Jeans and Beatnik Top

So, desperate to not accept defeat and to prove to myself that my little banana bod can be a proper 50's pinup, I tried again. After receiving loads of Freddies gift vouchers for Christmas, I had the pennies in the bank. Next step - research. I watched the tutorial on 'How to Measure for Freddies Jeans". I urge you to watch this also. It shows  you on a real model, how the jeans should and should not look. I also read all of the information on Sizing. This is a crucial read. It takes you through each measurement you need and how to take it. I then took my measurements. I measured my waist, hips, rise (the length between your crotch and the waistband) and leg length, according to the website's directions.

Freddies of Pinewood Ton Up Jeans and Beatnik Top

After doing my research, I realised one crucial factor - a 26" for one pair of jeans, will have different measurements to the next size 26". It is not enough to simply pick a style you like, select your waist size and leg length and hit 'add to basket'. Chances are if you do this, they wont fit. So, I managed the process the other way around. After taking my measurements, I then compared all of the jeans on the site, picked the ones with the slimmest hips and then chose the style I liked the best.

Freddies of Pinewood Ton Up Jeans and Beatnik Top

The result - they fit!!! This process took me a long time, so for your convenience, I have created a (hopefully helpful) Freddies of Pinewood Jean Comparison Chart! It lists the jeans (excluding pedal pushers, trousers and dungarees) and provides measurements for a size 28" (for comparison purposes) and ranks the hip size in terms of Small, Medium and Large. (You're welcome). Of course, you must use all of the measurements available, not just the hip or waist size, but if you are slim hipped like me, this should help to eliminate styles that will be far too curvy for you.

Freddies of Pinewood Ton Up Jeans and Beatnik Top

In the end, I opted for the Ton Up Jeans. Now, while these jeans fit me, they do not fit me like they do the model on the website. They are by no means tight. They fit me more like a classic jean, but I would take this look over circus performer any time! They are perfect in the waist. They are a great length and only require a couple of turn ups (which is great news, considering I am 5ft 2"). The rise is a little long, but it is not a deal breaker. Overall, a much more successful fit. When I compare my measurements to the size chart, the jeans come up a little bigger on the waist, but the hip and rise are in the right area. The waist on the jeans however is adjustable, with a popper clasp, providing 2 size options.

Ton Up Jeans Size Chart
In addition to the jeans, I also bought a Beatnik top in the Navy Stripe colourway. Again, a crucial thing to keep in mind is that not all Freddies tops have the same measurements. I previously brought one of the Patchwork sweaters in a Size Small (B42 W34 L43) but the Beatnik in a Size Small is a different size (B46 W32 L48). Now, you could argue that its a different top, so of course it is a different size!! But it was only because of my failings on the jean front that I inspected the sizing further. Otherwise assumption would have got the better of me. Freddies tops are also measured as "over bust" measurements and you have to measure an existing top, laid flat from side to side, to get an accurate size for yourself.

Freddies of Pinewood Ton Up Jeans and Beatnik Top

The Beatnik fit like a glove (once over my head), but I could do with a little more room. Having bought 2 tops from Freddies and experienced the same longing for a little more wiggle room, if I buy again, I will definitely size up.

Freddies of Pinewood Ton Up Jeans and Beatnik Top

I had to put in a lot of work for this relatively simple outfit, but it was totally worth it. The quality of Freddies clothing is great and completely justifies the price tag. Their customer service is also brilliant and nothing is too much trouble (I sent about 100 emails to them asking for them to amalgamate my gift vouchers!!). But most importantly, I have my 50's style jeans!

Christmas with Betty – 1950’s glamour from Weekend Doll

It's December and Christmas is well and truly on its way. So today on the blog, I am going to tell you about the gorgeous little 1950's inspired 'Betty Dress' from Weekend Doll, which is the perfect vintage inspired outfit for all of those impending Christmas shindigs!

1950s vintage style Betty Dress Christmas

There are so many things that I love about the Betty Dress, that I truly don’t know where to start! Well, let’s start by stating the obvious...it has polka dots; the first box in my ‘Perfect Dress’ criteria ticked! Secondly, it is black (second box ticked) and features a rather festive red bow in the centre of the dress. Thirdly, it has a gorgeous lace panel at the top of the dress, making it perfect for day (with the additional of a black bolero) or night. However, last, but by no means least, the thing I love about this dress the most, is that it is lovely and stretchy!

1950s vintage style Betty Dress Christmas

So, even though it is a wiggle dress, there is no need to deliberate over whether you should scoff that third mince pie. EAT IT! You will still feel comfortable in the Betty dress not matter how many pies you eat, due to her generous amount of stretch!

1950s vintage style Betty Dress Christmas

One word of warning regarding this dress is that it is of a pull-over style. There are no zips or buttons, so do make sure that you pull the dress on over your head, BEFORE you have done your hair and makeup!

1950s vintage style Betty Dress Christmas

Size wise, I am wearing a Size XS here, a UK Size 8 and I have the following measurements: Bust=35in, Waist=26.5in, Hips=34 in. According to the size guide, the dress should come up a little smaller than it actually does, so I would say that there is a good few inches of stretch in the dress. I did have a little trouble getting it over my head, but once in, it fit like a glove. The Betty Dress is £66 and available in two colourways (black and blue) and available in sizes UK 8 – 18.

1950s vintage style Betty Dress Christmas

For a little bit of added sophistication (and let’s be honest, because it’s brass monkeys outside at the moment), I teamed the dress with the Lori Gloves. These gloves not only complement the colour pallet of the dress, but the lace detailing also ties in nicely with that on the dress.

Plus, an added bonus is that these gloves come with Tech Enabled touch finger tips, so you can add a video of yourself visiting Santa’s Grotto to your Instagram story without the need to remove your gloves! What a time to be alive! The gloves are available in one size only. They fitted me...like a glove? I have quite small hands, so I would say that they are on the petite side. The Lori gloves are £16.

House of Satin - Tea Rose Collection Review

House of Satin is a family run, independent brand, manufacturing handmade, vintage inspired lingerie here in England. I first came across House of Satin early last year and did some reviews of their products. Fast forward to the end of 2016 and they have just relaunched their brand with some amazing new pieces. I thought I would share with you my thoughts on their new collection!

House of Satin Vintage Style Lingerie Tea Rose Collection

After hearing wonderful things about House of Satin from fellow vintage and pinup enthusiast Amber Rose Theron back in 2014, I decided to try them out. Back then, they produced lovely vintage inspired lingerie pieces (bras, high waisted briefs, corselettes etc)  at really reasonable prices, compared to other vintage inspired lingerie brands. The quality of their products was good and didn't break the bank (something which is always appealing to me!). So when I heard that they were intending to relaunch the brand this year, I knew I had to get my hands on one of their new collections, to see what had changed.

House of Satin Vintage Style Lingerie
Me "modelling" an original House of Satin collection last year.

So garments aside, the first thing to change about the newly re-launched House of Satin is their website.  The old site was very basic and made it hard to see what you were buying. No real models were used, only mannequins, so it was tough to see how things looked on a real body. My review on their Vintage Style Full Cover Bra is one of my most popular as it shows you how the items look in real life. The great news about the new House of Satin website is that it is brand new, fully mobile optimised and contains loads of beautiful images of their products on equally beautiful models, so you can get a real sense of what everything looks like.

House of Satin Vintage Style Lingerie Tea Rose Collection

Their products are broken down into collections which focus on styles from the 1920's right through to the 60's so there is something for everyone and every body. Their collections are as follows:

Foundation Lace

It all starts with the right foundations! This is their largest collection and gives you a true vintage silhouette that will define and support your figure. Their delicate floral lace is lined with a soft mesh and comes in three colour ways; black, white and nude.

Satin Gems

Their Satin Gems range is inspired by the utility era of the 1940’s, when bras were made from parachute silk or parts of satin wedding dresses. HoS have recreated this look using sumptuous satin's and soft meshes; these garments are gorgeous and give you an effortless 1940’s and 1950’s look.

Tea Rose

This range was inspired from a 1960’s lingerie advertisement that caught their attention. The Tea Rose collection is brimming with pretty details from rose gold fabrics, top casing and the beautiful large bows and trimmings! They have not spared anything in this design right down to the soft peach skin linings. These garments ooze fun and extravagance.

Cherry Blossom

The Cherry Blossom range is a celebration of transparency and light. It is a fully sheer set, featuring a high quality embroidered lace, delicately dotted with cute pink cherry blossom.

Forever Gatsby

I love flapper style and am so pleased to see the Forever Gatsby range, coming in two classic colours, English Rose and Pistachio Green. Each garment is trimmed with lace and finished with gold plated rings and slides. This collection features true 1920’s styles and has period accurate details such as satin ribbon straps and pretty rose bud bows.

House of Satin Vintage Style Lingerie Tea Rose Collection

I decided to try the Tea Rose collection. I ordered both pieces from the collection, the Bridgit Bra and the Full Brief. What I immediately noticed about the new collection is the improved range of sizes. Previously, I found the sizing options at HoS to be quite limited and they came up on the big side for me, so it was nice to see the collection available in a huge range of sizes. The Bridgit bra is available in sizes 32A to 42F and the matching briefs in sizes UK 6-18. Many of their items, such as their Girdles, used to be offered in Small, Medium or Large sizes only, so it is great that they now provide more specific size measurements to aid with fit.

I ordered the Bridgit bra in a 32DD and the briefs in a Size 8. Both items fit perfectly. I followed their sizing chart, which I found to be really useful. I would say that given the measurements on the size chart and the fit I experienced, that the items run true to size.

House of Satin Vintage Style Lingerie Tea Rose Collection Bridgit Bra

House of Satin Vintage Style Lingerie Tea Rose Collection Bridgit Bra

The details on the Bridgit Bra are just beautiful. From the triangle strap detail, to the central bow and cage-style band at the base, no expense has been spared on this style. The mixture of materials is also really nice, with the satin cups and mesh underbust detail. Furthermore, the bra is super comfortable and honestly felt like it was made just for me. The bra features a rear clasp with 3 rows of 3 hooks and eyes, so there is quite a bit of stretch to each size. The Bridgit Bra retails at £55.

House of Satin Vintage Style Lingerie Tea Rose Collection Bridgit Bra

The Bridgit Full Briefs were also super comfortable and in terms of fit were absolutely perfect. The briefs mirror the style of the bra with the beautiful bow detailing and mix of fabrics in a beautiful rose gold colour, which is very à la mode.

House of Satin Vintage Style Lingerie Tea Rose Collection Bridgit Full Briefs

As above, the Tea Rose collection is a 60's inspired collection, and I did think that the set had a more modern feel than some of the other vintage lingerie sets I have tried in the past. While it clearly has a vintage feel, I don't think that it would look out of place in a modern collection of lingerie, especially due to the caging detail on the bra. The Bridgit Full Briefs retail at £35.50.

Overall, this is a huge step forwards for House of Satin in my view. Yes, the items are now considerably pricier, but in my opinion, you are getting a far superior product for your money, as well as a much enhanced shopping experience via their website. I am over the moon with my new pieces and I am eager to try more pieces from their new collection! You can shop the Tea Rose collection here or at www.houseofsatin.co.uk

If you have tried something from the new collection already, do let me know what you think!

October Pinup Picks

Today on the blog, I am rounding up all the stuff I have been swooning over for the past month. These Pinup Pick blog posts are highlighting just how fast this year is passing. I can't quite believe that it is November already! Actually, I can, as my old lady feet are starting to play up. Ahhhh winter!

Collectif Vintage Pearl Coat

OK, so this coat strictly only came out a few days ago, so it is not really an October pick, but I had to include it! The Collectif Pearl coat is BACK and it has been released in a brand new colourway - red red wine! This has to be, by far, my favorite colourway of this coat. Something about that rich red colour screams Autumn. It is currently in stock on the Collectif website in sizes 6-18, but I would not hang around to get your hands on this. These coats are so popular and fly off the shelves. However, don't forget, Black Friday is on the 25th November, which means that some of these must haves could be greatly reduced! Keep your eyes peeled and your wits sharp Collectif lovers! The Collectif Pearl Coat retails at £196 with free delivery and is available from www.collectif.co.uk

Cinderella Collection - Irregular Choice

When the rumor mill started that Irregular Choice were bringing out a Cinderella collection, I literally almost died. Not figuratively, literally. They teased us with the collection all through October and then, last week, it arrived. Like Cinderella's attendance at the ball, as quickly as it arrived, it was gone again. Almost the entire collection sold out within minutes of launching. If I had £150 to spend on a pair of shoes (which, I'm sure you've learnt by now, I don't!), I would have snapped up the Sparkling Slipper in silver, because, LOOK AT IT!!! My dreams of being a Disney Princess would have been accomplished. Alas, all we can do now people is look at the pretty pictures and hope that perhaps, someday, a dream that I wish, will come true. The Irregular Choice Sparkling Slipper retails at £150 (currently out of stock) and is available from www.irregularchoice.com (if they re-stock!) PLEASE!!

Vivien of Holloway - Swagger Jacket

OK. So I love this jacket and hate it in equal measure and here is why. When I look at it, I fall in love with the cut, colourways (of which there are 8!!) versatility and warmth potential. But then, the 2011 Number 1 hit 'Swagger Jagger' by Cher Lloyd comes into my head, gets stuck for 5 days straight and I have to pretend I never laid eyes on the blasted thing. But I did. I laid my eyes on it and I really, really want the White Fleck colourway this winter. To be honest, I love it that much that I think if I were to buy one, I could put up with hearing 2011's official Most Annoying Song on repeat. The Swagger Jagger, I mean, Jacket, retails at £149 and is available from www.vivienofholloway.com

"Swagger Jacket, Swagger Jacket..." It's in your head now, isn't it? Soz.

Cocktails with Lady V - Polka Dot Hepburn Dress from Lady V London - Review

Sometimes, I enjoy nothing more than getting dressed up all fancy like and sipping on a nice cocktail! Which is exactly what I did this weekend! After pouring myself a Gin Sling (and then several more), I sat down in the new Black and Teal Polka Dot Hepburn Dress from Lady V London. This dress is pin up perfection and here is why!

Black & Teal Polka Dot Hepburn Dress Lady V London Review

First and foremost, this is my first piece from Lady V London and I am really rather impressed. Delivery was super quick and the Hepburn ticks all of the boxes for me. The main box it ticks, is the fact that it is has a polka dot print. I love polka dots. To be honest, I don't think you can ever go wrong with them! The colour is also perfectly muted for this time of year, so matches well with a black coat and shoes, while adding just the right splash of colour.

Black & Teal Polka Dot Hepburn Dress Lady V London Review

The dress is made of a lovely Cotton Sateen fabric, which is really lightweight and easy to wear. It is a lot thinner than some of my other dresses, which threw me at first, but it was actually rather nice to have a full flared skirt on and not feel bogged down in it. The dress also comes with a little faux suede belt which has sufficient loops for a number of waist sizes.

In terms of fit, I am wearing a UK Size 8 and I have the following measurements: Waist: 26.5in, Bust: 35in, Hips: free. According to the size chart, the bust comes in at 33in and the waist 27in, but I had no problems with fit. I would say that the dresses run true to size as while it did fit, it felt slightly larger on me than some of my other dresses. However, this is never an issue as it just means I can eat more cake.

Black & Teal Polka Dot Hepburn Dress Lady V London Review

The only thing I had an issue with regarding this dress was the length, but at 5ft 2in, this is a recurring theme for me. I could have done with it being a fair few inches shorter, but this is something that can be altered. You lofty girls though have nothing to worry about!

In order to get the full skirt effect as pictured here and on the website, a petticoat is an essential. I am wearing a 27in petticoat here. It can be worn without one, but it just takes the style of the dress to the next level by cinching you in at the waist and maximizing that full skirt.

Black & Teal Polka Dot Hepburn Dress Lady V London Review

The dress is fastened by a hidden zip which runs down the back of the dress which is nice and simple. There are no awkward hooks and eyes to contend with (which, if I'm honest, I leave open half the time, as how many of us have the dexterity or eyes in the back of our heads to do the blasted things up!).

As far as well made, classic, good fitting vintage inspired dresses go, Lady V London have ticked all the boxes with the Hepburn. It is an absolute wardrobe staple in my view and I cannot wait to get my hands on every colourway of this dress! Jolly well done!

Some kind of Voodoo - Collectif Penny Vegas Dress and Voodoo Betty Review

I love Halloween. There is something about the newfound chill in the air, the falling leaves on the ground and the dark nights closing in that makes everything feel ever so slightly...spooky! Plus, it is a great excuse to play dress up! So with Halloween just around the corner, I have turned to Weekend Doll and Voodoo Betty’s Boutique for a frightening cool Halloween pinup look!

Halloween Pinup Look Collectif Penny Vegas Pencil Dress Review

As soon as Collectif released their new Autumn/Winter 2016 collection, I knew I had to order the PennyVegas Pencil Dress! This dress is only available in a Size 6 on the Collectif website – it has sold out fast! But thankfully, Weekend Doll has your back! It is still available on their website in sizes 8-16!

Halloween Pinup Look Collectif Penny Vegas Pencil Dress Review

This dress is amazing! Made of a beautifully sparkly PU coated Bengali fabric, it has tones of stretch yet is figure-huggingly snug! I ordered the dress in a UK Size 8 and my measurements are as follows: Waist – 26.5in, Bust: 35in and Hips: 34in. Therefore, based on the Collectif size chart, I would say that they Penny Vegas Pencil Dress fits true to size. However, Collectif do say that if you are between sizes to size down, on account of the amount of stretch the dress has.

Halloween Pinup Look Collectif Penny Vegas Pencil Dress Review

In terms of size, fabric and over all style, I don’t have a bad word to say about the Penny Vegas Pencil Dress. However, with that being said, I am not very keen on the fastening mechanism for the crossover neck straps. Unlike other cross over neck items I have, for instance, the Voodoo Vixen Top from Pinup Girl Clothing, the cross neck on the Penny Vegas clips in place with hooks, as opposed to being one continuous strap that you put over your head.

Halloween Pinup Look Collectif Penny Vegas Pencil Dress Review

Now, I didn’t wear a bra with this dress as once on, it fits pretty tight, so there was no need, but I was very conscious that at some point, these little clasps (which didn’t feel massively secure when fastened) would pop open and leave me ever so slightly red faced! I would have preferred for this dress to have ‘over the head’ straps, but it is not a deal breaker! The rest of the dress makes up for this!

Halloween Pinup Look Collectif Penny Vegas Pencil Dress Review

I paired the Penny Vegas Dress with some gorgeous Halloween themed accessories from Voodoo Betty’sBoutique. I styled my hair with their gorgeous handmade pumpkinhead scarf (which made for a perfect fit, with just enough excess left over for a little bow).

Voodoo Betty's Boutique Pinup Halloween Accessory Review

I accessorised with their super cute PumpkinJack-o-Lantern style earrings (which are tunnel friendly!) and their beautiful Pumpkin and skull necklace, which I fashioned into a little belt using some black cotton!

Voodoo Betty's Boutique Pinup Halloween Accessory Review

This is the first time I have tried any accessories from Voodoo Betty’s, but I was really pleased with the quality, overall designs and clearly the huge amount of care and attention that goes into each individual piece. My pumpkins went down a storm on a recent night out! I will definitely be buying from them again.

Can we also just take a moment to admire my Halloween fireplace background!!
